I'm Helena Sims and welcome to my life blog. Essential oils, keto diet, yoga and Marie Kondo have changed my world so I came here here to share the goodness. If you try, then love any of the concepts I post, feel free to leave a comment.  

I grew up in Christchurch, New Zealand in a Dutch speaking family. I've explored many walks of life through my various occupations from off shore ASME IX welder, to aerobics intructor to viticulturist and organic farmer. I'm currently based in Petone, Wellington, planning a retirement build on a relatively steep two hectare, north facing coastal plot, ten minutes north of Dunedin.
